Tilapia Belle Meunière
Tilapia fillet browned in butter with prawns, mushrooms and lemon sauce. A classic French dish in a Brazilian version.

Ingredients
- 4 77foods tilapia fillets (thawed)
- 1 cup small prawns, cleaned
- 200 g sliced paris mushroom
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Wheat flour for breading
- Salt, pepper and olive oil

Season the fillets with salt, pepper and half the lemon juice. Coat lightly in flour.

In a large frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with a drizzle of olive oil. Brown the fillets for 3 minutes on each side. Remove.

In the same pan, add the rest of the butter and sauté the mushrooms for 3 minutes.

Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes until they turn pink. Add the remaining lemon juice and the capers.

Return the fillets to the pan and heat for 1 minute. Finish with parsley and serve.
