Ingredients
- 1 pack of Cheese Bread with salmon 400 g 77foods
- 150 g of crushed fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
- Rasp of 1 Sicilian lemon
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper

Bake the cheese loaves at 200°C for 12 minutes (pre-roasted without browning completely).

Mix the ricotta with the cream of milk, the dill, the lemon, salt and pepper scrapes, forming a cream.

Cut each cheese loaf in half horizontally. Fill it with a spoon of cream.

Close it, put it in a baking pan, cover it with parmesan.

Take the oven at 220°C for 8 minutes until gratin. Serve immediately.
