Tuna Tartar with Avocado

Ingredients
- 300 g tuna loin 77foods, slowly thawed in the refrigerator
- 1 mature avocado
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 spoons of shoyu
- 1 teaspoon of fine grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 spoon of chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon of roasted black sesame
- Flower of salt and pepper

With a sharp knife, cut the tuna into regular five-millimeter cubes. Season with shoyu, ginger, sesame oil and half the chives. Take it to the fridge for 10 minutes.

Knead the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper until it becomes a cream.

Mount in hoops: Spread the avocado cream at the bottom of each dish, press and cover with the tuna tartar.

Remove the rim gently. Finish with salt flower, black sesame and the remaining onion. Serve ice cream.
