Tuna House Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pizza pasta disk ready (or homemade, 30 cm)
- 200 g of tuna at 77 food, thawed and shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 150 g of grated mozzarella
- 1 purple onion in thin slices
- 1/2 cup black sliced olives
- Dried oregano
- Olive oil to water

Preheat the oven to 240°C (or as much as possible). Warm up a pizza stone or baking pan.

Spread the tomato sauce into the dough leaving a 1.5 cm edge. Cover with the mozzarella.

Distribute the shredded tuna, the purple onion and the olives on top.

Salt oregano and water with olive oil.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edge is crispy and golden. Serve hot.
